Our cows, pigs, chickens and turkeys spend their days on our rolling green pastures in Western Wisconsin. We work together as a family every day to diligently take care of our animals and improve the grass and soil. For convenience we offer free overnight shipping directly to your doorstep anywhere in the US. Our meat is never treated with antibiotics or hormones, is fed organic feed, and is moved to fresh grass frequently. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and dry aged for two weeks for superior flavor. You can experience the difference in the taste of our meat for yourself!

Flexible depending on your preferences. About 43 lbs of meat including:

• Beef Shank Bones, also called Marrow Bones or Osso Buco (these have a lot of meat on them and are full of marrow, who needs collagen supplements when you have this??)

• Chicken backs (some of our chicken is cut into pieces and we are left with the bones and a little meat, perfect for making delicious soups!)

• 1-2 Whole Chickens

• 1 Beef Roast or Brisket

• Stew Meat (already cut into cubes for your savory stew)

• Oxtails (upon request)

• Offal, Beef Heart, Liver or Tongue (upon request)
